Pilot programme

Four weeks on your real containers

A pilot is not a trial account left to gather dust. It is a structured four weeks with a baseline at the start and a defensible savings figure at the end.

Week 1

Baseline and setup

We load your container list, record your carrier free-time terms and daily rates, and set the baseline demurrage figure everything is measured against.

Week 2

Live exception monitoring

The board runs on your real cargo. Your team works the Critical and At risk lanes, and alerts start landing with the right people.

Week 3

Accountability outside the team

Chases go to agents, transporters and lines with reply-by dates. Overdue chases escalate so nothing is left hanging.

Week 4

Measured savings review

Outcomes recorded on closed containers produce a report of money avoided against money paid, broken down by cause, carrier, port and responsible party.

What is it costing you now?

A rough indication only, using your own numbers. Real figures come from your baseline in week one.

What we need from you

  • A container list, exported weekly at minimum, or a link to a sheet you keep.
  • Your detention and storage free days for the lines you use most.
  • Your daily demurrage and storage rates, in your own currency.
  • One person who owns the board day to day, plus anyone who should get alerts.
  • Thirty minutes a week for a short review during the pilot.
